Early on Tuesday morning, Mariano Rajoy sent a message via Twitter condemning the terrorist attack in Manchester and expressing his deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and his best wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured.
The President of the Government also sent a telegram to the British Prime Minister, Theresa May, expressing the solidarity of both the people and Government of Spain, and conveying the "absolute support" of the Spanish authorities.
