Pedro Sánchez has announced that the Council of Ministers will declare the towns devastated by the DANA to be areas seriously affected by a civil protection emergency
"It is urgent to reach a major national agreement to address the climate emergency" - an agreement that is "simply a matter of common sense" and one that "would save lives", the head of the Executive noted.
