President of the Government receives King of Jordan

At Moncloa Palace, the President of the Spanish Government and the King of Jordan tackled the fight against Jihadi terrorism. The two leaders agreed on the need to respond to this threat in a global manner backed by the unity of the international community.

At the meeting, they also analysed the situation in Syria and, the Near East in general, as well as the conflict in Libya. Bilateral cooperation between Spain and Jordan was another of the issues on which the meeting between Mariano Rajoy and King Abdullah II focused.
