The meeting was preceded by the presentation of the Institute's "Ñ" 2024 Award to the Korean Hispanist Park Chul, author of the first complete translation into Korean of Don Quixote de la Mancha, and winner of the Grand Cross of Carlos III in 2010.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, and the Minister for Culture, Ernest Urtasun, also attended the meeting.
