Pedro Sánchez receives Spanish astronaut Pablo Álvarez

During the meeting, the head of the Executive congratulated Pablo Álvarez on completing his training at the European Astronaut Centre (Cologne) in April this year, making him the second Spanish astronaut after Pedro Duque's graduation in 1992.

The meeting, which also served to confirm the extraordinary progress of the aerospace sector in our country, was also attended by the Minister for Science, Innovation and Universities, Diana Morant.
