The messages received are managed by the Unidad de Comunicación con la Ciudadanía del Gabinete del Presidente, and the President directly answers select messages. All messages received, except for those that contain threatening words, insults, racist or offensive content towards the President of the Government or any other person, are taken into consideration.

Your personal data shall be processed by the Unidad de Comunicación con la Ciudadanía and included in the "Comunicación con la ciudadanía" processing activity.
