Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport calls for proposals for 12 grants to study a Master's Degree at universities in the United States

This programme is framed within the actions developed jointly by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the Fulbright Commission for cultural, educational and scientific exchanges between Spain and the United States of America, whereby beneficiaries are guaranteed the support of this institution while carrying out their studies.
The new features of this call for proposals compared with previous years are an increase from 10 to 12 grants, the programme is not being restricted to areas of specific knowledge, and all those people who have finished their Bachelor's Degree, Undergraduate Degree, degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent subsequent to 1 January 2014 may present their application provided they have applied to be admitted to carry out Master's Degree studies at a university in the United States.
These grants provide for a monthly amount of 2,220 euros for accommodation and living expenses, financed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, as well as admission and enrolment fees, to the sum of 20,000 euros. For its part, the Fulbright Commission will finance travel expenses for a sum of 1,500 euros.
The total maximum amount of the grants financed by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport is 1.2 million euros.
Applications should be sent via the website of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the deadline for their submission will remain open between 16 January 2018 and 5 February at 2 pm.
