Interested companies should make their applications at the Electronic Headquarters of the public body Red.es before 14 September by clicking on http://bit.ly/2c2D3bc and following the procedure established in the terms and conditions published in the Contractor Profile available at http://bit.ly/2bonGId.

Once all of the applications are made, 82 companies will be selected to make up the institutional pavilion with more than 800 square metres to showcase technology-based products, services and projects geared towards the mobile phone sector under the following categories:

  • Smart Cities
  • Cyber-security and digital confidence
  • Fintech
  • IoT/Industry 4.0
  • Apps
  • Digital marketing
  • Language technologies
  • Health and social well-being applications
  • Cloud Computing
  • Bigdata ICT
  • Education

This pavilion will be located in Congress Square (CS60 and CS73), will have an innovative image and operate as a showcase for those national companies finally selected. Over the four days that MWC2017 lasts, the companies chosen to represent our country at the most important event for the mobile phone industry will take part in promotional activities and will be the leading players in the zone orientated towards networking aimed at extending their network of contacts, closing deals and giving demonstrations.

At this 2017 edition, SETSI will make an additional effort by increasing the exhibition display area by 150 square metres, which will allow the pavilion to host 82 Spanish companies compared with 60 last year. The presentation area will also be used to showcase the most innovative technological solutions and the strategic plans to boost the telecommunications and information society sector, both for the ministerial department and for other institutions.

It should be recalled that applications will not be accepted from consortia, joint ventures, foundations, independent contractors, business associations or any other type of organisation that acts on behalf of several companies. Nor will applications be accepted from those companies that have a presence in another pavilion at the MWC2017 or that are beneficiaries of other forms of subsidy for taking part in this event.
